Each test price comes includes sample collection, laboratory analysis, digital results, a 30 minute consultation to review results, and recommendations and referrals for products and/or mitigation companies in your area.

Mold Air Exposure Testing

$70 + Travel Fees

(priced per each 12’ x 12’ space, swab, or plate)

As part of our assessment, we will place one test plate in each room where water damage is known or suspected, as well as in the rooms you spend the most time in. For the most complete evaluation, we recommend testing every room in your home. Each plate provides reliable coverage for an area of approximately 12’ x 12’, the size of a standard room.

VOC Air Exposure Test

This test measures 25 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from a single sample collected in any location where levels are expected to be low. It is particularly useful for monitoring areas with low permissible exposure limits (PELs) or for conducting short-term exposure limit (STEL) assessments in accordance with OSHA compliance standards. 25 analytes included.

Whole Home Dust Test

We collect dust from the entire house on one piece of cloth. The cloth is sent to a lab to be analyzed.
