Each test includes collection, laboratory analysis, digital results, a 30 minute consultation to review results, and recommendations for mitigation and removal products and services. Travel fees are charged separately. Travel fees are charged only once per trip, one way.

Whole Home Dust Test
We collect dust from the entire house on one piece of cloth. The cloth is sent to a lab to be analyzed. The Dust Test is ideal to understand the particles that are enter the lungs on a regular basis in the home. The Dust Test is an advanced at-home kit that uses PCR technology to detect 36 harmful mold species in household dust. Individual Rooms
$70 per room + Travel Fees
As part of our assessment, we will place one test plate in each room where water damage is known or suspected, as well as in the rooms you spend the most time in. For the most complete evaluation, we recommend testing every room in your home. Each plate provides reliable coverage for an area of approximately 12’ x 12’, the size of a standard room.
Visible Mold/Dust
$70 per swab + Travel Fees
For every area of visible or suspected mold growth, we will collect a swab sample. Additionally, swabs may be used to test settled dust in areas such as HVAC filters and registers, ceiling fan blades, or the tops of appliances like refrigerators.
Carpets/Upholstery
$70 for each carpeted/upholstered area + Travel Fees
We will place one test plate for each area of carpet, rug, or upholstered furniture that has a musty odor or has experienced a recent water event. These organic fabrics can provide an ideal environment for mold growth.
Water Damage
$70 per swab + Travel Fees
We will collect one swab sample for each area of known or suspected water damage in your home to help determine if mold is present.
Targeted Testing
Vehicles
$70 per vehicle + Travel Fees
We recommend one plate per vehicle. Vehicles are a common yet often-overlooked source of mold exposure.
HVAC
$70 per swab + Travel Fees
We will take one swab sample from the dust on each HVAC return vent or filter. This allows us to identify whether elevated mold levels are circulating through your system,
Washer
$70 per swab + Travel Fees
If your washing machine has visible mold growth or a musty odor, we will collect one swab sample. Mold inside washers can spread to your laundry and throughout your home.
Pets
$70 per pet + Travel Fees
We will add one plate for each indoor pet. Mold spores can cling to their fur and be carried into your home from the outdoors. Plate testing is non-invasive and completely safe for pets.
Bacteria Screening
$70 per screening + Travel Fees
If any of the following apply, we recommend adding additional screening:
*A household member is very ill or has been recently hospitalized
*A household member is immunocompromised
*The home has experienced outside water intrusion or a sewage-related water event.
